Before you begin a property renovation project, take some time to consider your goals and the type of home renovation you’d like to make. You can start by conducting some of your own research, gathering photographs of renovation and improvement ideas, and making notes of any designs you may find appealing. Step One
Video Call or In-Person Consultation
A design expert from Carpentry Solution will meet with you to discuss your project in detail. In this video call or in-person consultation, we’ll discuss your property renovation goals, constraints, budget and timelines, and we’ll guide you through all of the options available to you.

Step Two
Project Proposal and Quotation
Once we’ve gathered more information about your renovation, we’ll prepare a formal proposal and conceptual drawings, along with an outline of the deliverables and costs associated with completing your renovation project.
Step Three
Project Kick-Off Meeting
Once we’ve received your approval to proceed with your renovation project, we’ll meet with you on-site to discuss your project and get to know you and your space better. We’ll review the construction process so you’re fully aware of what to expect during the renovation project. Please be assured that we’ll do our very best to help make your renovation experience as comfortable as possible.
Step Four
Design, Plan and Budget Review
Together, we’ll review the options we’ve presented and revise as necessary, review your budget and scope implications as necessary to ensure we meet your budgetary needs.
Step Five
Plan and Budget Approval
We’ll finalize your property renovation project plans, and help you acquire any necessary building permits to comply with your city’s building by-laws, the Ontario Building Code and the Electrical Safety Authority. We’ll order all materials and schedule labour to complete your home renovation project.
Step Six
Construction
We’ll confirm the start date and work will soon begin!
Step Seven
The Final Touches
When your renovation project is completed, we’ll do a final walk-through with you to verify the work meets our high standard of workmanship and has been completed to your satisfaction.
